Team Building & Bonding

Team Building activties are neccessary events for the smooth functoning of any team. They allow team memebers to get to know one another better and therefore work better together to achive shared team goals.

Below are certain team building activities' we have undertaken over the course of the past 9 months to ensure that just like Aurae Racing, its members are swift and dynamic.

Park Clean Up A sustainability-driven activity that not only helped the environment but also brought the team together with a shared purpose.	Photo and Reel Shoots Filming content together made us laugh, retry, and bond while creating material for our socials.
Design Sprint Nights Late-night sessions filled with brainstorming, sketching, and debating ideas for our car and branding.	Memory Capsule Project At the start of the season, each member wrote a note about their goals, fears, and what they hoped to gain from the F1 in Schools journey. These were sealed in a "team capsule" and only opened at the end reminding us how far we’ve come, both as individuals and as a team.
